Hard as a brick, even months after having it. I woke up with tough back pain, which I’ve never had on a mattress before. At least the return process was good.

This is the second mattress we have purchased. Keeps the back from dipping. Good support and the right price. Name brand mattresses are over rated and pricey! Thanks for a great product.
