Wow. Customer service = 100%!!!! The original was a bit too firm for a side sleeper like me. I think if/when I get another mattress, I would try their mint. But despite the product not working out, let me tell you-their customer service reps are EXCELLENT. And their business model of giving unwanted mattresses to charity is heart-warming (yes, they found a charity near me and gave me their direct contact info). T&N, I am a big, big fan!

After many months of use it has softened into the perfect bed, and before that it was still very nice. I had to use a topper when it was at its stiffest, but I never want to buy a different bed or brand ever again. Even with the rough start.

We are so pleased with this mattress! We bought it for our three year old transitioning from her crib and every time we lie in it with her to read books before bed we can’t believe how comfortable it is, but still with great firm support for her still growing body. There was no smell when taking it out of the box like other foam mattresses. Overall we are very pleased and would definitely buy again.

It’s a really nice mattress for the price. Came quickly with no assembly needed. I Would have preferred a tiny bit firmer but my husband loves it and is very comfortable as a large and tall man. We’re able to sleep without one person being heavier on one side than the other takes both of our different weights well

The bed came almost immediately after I ordered it, even with all this covid stuff going on which was great. The deal I got was awesome too! My only issue is the firmness of the mattress is still really strong even after a month of daily use.

AMAZING. I was very skeptical in the beginning about purchasing because I’ve always had a very soft bed. It wasn’t doing my back any justice so my boyfriend finally convinced me to get one (he has one as well). I will admit I was nervous in the beginning with how low to the ground it was and how firm it is (that was a huge change for me). It did take me a few days to get used to it but I feel a lot cooler at night, it’s not swallowing me like my other mattress was, and I sleep like a baby! Every chance I get I’m always in bed. Love love love it!

Pretty good bad. Reduced my back pain and now I can sleep on my side. It is lighter than a hybrid bed. The only negative thing is it heats a little.
