It was a fast and easy process. I have had the mattress for over two weeks and it is great. I do not notice stuff but my wife does and she is happy with her lower back for once.

I bought the bed for my daughter. She said that the bed is very comfortable and does not feel like a normal memory foam bed. The price was very reasonable. I may be purchasing one for myself!

This bed is amazing. We have had our bed for about 2 weeks now. My husband and I are big people and in our old bed, I could feel every time that he rolled over. In the Tuft & Needle bed I can't feel a thing. I also suffer from major back issues. The first night after sleeping in the T&N I woke up after sleeping almost all night (this rarely happens) and my back didn't ache as soon as I got out of bed like it did in my old mattress. I will never own another kind mattress. We are saving to get our kids T&N mattress now.

Although a bit heavy, it was easy to unwrap and lay out. It is extremely comfortable.

At this point not likely. I was counting on a bit less firmness over the top layer to support the shoulder and hips. I am an Old Arthritic and thought your mattress might be better than our Sleep Number.
If you could design the top layer with or as a movable,select-able foam squares I think it would ba a bigger selling point.
