Just an overall great mattress, with easy “assembly”. Honestly the best thing isn’t even the mattress, it’s the customer service. I got my new bed frame from a big competitor of Tuft & Needle, and I can tell you that they were BARELY responsive, took literally 3x the time to ship, etc. Tuft & Needle of course indicates they are experiencing shipping delays right now but actually my mattress came within 1 week- I was shocked. And they sent personal, QUICK responses to a question I had on the mattress. I’d easily buy more stuff from them (and I did).

Mattress sinks and can lead to back pain

Hi,
I received my mattress 3 days ago and my wife and I have been using it for two days. Every morning my wife and I have body aches. During the night I roll over several times. The mattress sinks in once you sleep on it. It has that drowning effect. I was so looking forward to this being a great mattress and was willing to pay a good price but I have been disappointed. I am not happy and the wife is not happy.
