We bought the original mattress in queen size, and after giving it about a month it remained to be too firm for us. I contacted customer support in the chat bar and was given all kinds of help, they really tried their best! Almost made me wish I would give it a second chance.... Almost....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ordered this mattress for my teenage sons. They LOVE it!!! The price was so much better than any of the other online mattress options, they arrived when promised and exactly as described. My boys are having wonderful nights sleep and don't want to get out of bed in the morning (maybe that's typical for teenagers, but they say it's because their new mattresses are so comfortable!) and the XL is perfect for my ever growing boys. We are very very pleased.

I can't believe the difference in my sleep! I thought I had insomnia for the past 5 years. The arthritis in my spine is no longer inflamed when I wake up. This bed is a total game changer. Changing to this bed literally changed my life!
