It's firmer than I expected by quite a bit. However, it seems to be working for us in that we're waking up better rested without aches and pains! Eventually we may get a topper for it to make it a little taller and easier to get in and out of. But I am happy with the sleep quality I've gotten while using it so far.

My daughter loves her new full-sized mattress for her first big girl bed. The mattress is resilient and supportive with a touch of soft. It’s great for a kid, and very easy to order. Shipping was super fast and packaging was minimal as the mattress arrived rolled up and vacuum packed. It had a slight odor that seems to have dissipated after a few days. Not a fan of non-organic latex mattresses but this time around we were on a budget. She is super happy, and if it holds up well like I expect it to, we’d definitely consider buying again. Thank you T&N - good job, great product, fantastic price.

I had a sleep number bed for years but I sleep soooo much better on my new mattress and my back doesn’t ache every morning like it used to. Awesome!

The Tuft & Needle mattress feels just right. Overall, its support is superior and it does not feel too soft. After sleeping on this mattress for a little over a week, I feel relieved to no longer wake up in the morning with a backache.
