The mattress is a little to firm for us. I also purchased two twin mattresses that are way more comfortable than the queen, even though they are the same model, so maybe ours is defective?

I bought this mattress months ago hoping it would get more comfortable and it hasn’t. Sleeping on the ground is better then this mattress I hate it. One it my worst purchases in my life ever

I bought the basic mattress as a replacement for my old basic Tuft and Needle mattress the was going on 7 years old. The new one is much softer.I kills my back and the sides cave more than my 7 year old one. I found out that Serta bought out Tuft and Needle. Another example of a large company screwing up a great product. Unfortunately, the warranty is shorter too and has expired.

The mattress took a little while to get used to! I like a firm mattress, generally, but this one was a little hard on my shoulders. The customer service rep sent us a mattress topper that helped tremendously and now we are sleeping quite well! Arrived quickly, great customer service.

The first week and a half were terrible nights of sleep. It's getting better but I still have back pains I didn't have before. Also it's very hot to sleep on, I'm not sure if it's the protector it the mattress but my ac bill might not be able to keep up.

I've had this mattress for 2 years now. Sleeps warm. Still looks new, no sags or bumps. That said, I am waiting on my new mattress getting delivered, my back cannot take this mattress. I'm not saying it's the mattress, but I toss and turn all night. For the money it is ok.. Not for a heavy person. I'm 160 but I don't sink in a lot, It is hard to roll around on. Something is just uncomfortable about it.

Extremely Dissapointing

I have been recommending Tuft & Needle mattresses to people for years, but I can no longer, in good faith, recommend these newest models. They've become extremely expensive, and way too soft to the point of feeling super cheap. It has also done a number on my back, but of course the 100-night warranty isn't long enough to truly feel the damage the mattress is doing. I'm 110 nights in and I'm miserable.
