The mattress is good but it doesn't seem to be the same level of quality as a previous one purchased from a couple of years ago.

The mattress arrived one day earlier than scheduled --Great! The directions for unwrapping and setting up the mattress were easy to understand --Great! Since the day the mattress arrived I've been enjoying restful sleep! Thank you Tuft & Needle!

Consumer Reports listed it as a 5 or 6 on a scale of 1-10 for softness, but I find it has very little ‘give’. I am waiting a few more weeks to see if the situation improves as the mattress gets broken in, but I am also considering returning it.
