A little worried about the chemical smell and glue and off-gassing, but otherwise LOVE my tuft and needle mattress!

Bed is very firm and we haven't had a good night's sleep yet, although we are still only a couple nights in and it may need to soften up.

The mattress is not comfortable for me. I wake up with numb arms from pressure of sleeping on my side and sore hips as well. I have also had a stiff neck most mornings. I like a hard surface to sleep on and this is that but it also does not seem to support me in my sleep. Not what I expected after reading the other reviews.

I like that it's certified not to have bad stuff in it. Delivery and setup were a breeze.
I didn't choose 10 because I am not sleeping on it myself, so can't personally vouch for its comfort.
