Hard as a brick, even months after having it. I woke up with tough back pain, which I’ve never had on a mattress before. At least the return process was good.

the mattress itself is very easy to open and get set up. but I think the mattress I received was too firm for me personally.. I got the standard firmness but I feel as if it’s a lot more firm than it should be.

I was so impressed when I opened the bag, there was no "artificial" smell. I got this for a guest bed, but I have taken a nap on it a couple times and have discovered that my own bed will need a new mattress in the very near "budget" future. Love the mattress, once you get on it. Don't like the edge being so squishy when sitting on the edge.

Was a little akeptical of a mattress that came in a box, but was pleasantly surprised. Good price. Easy setup. Nice quality and comfortable. The one drawback for me is that it is not as soft and cushy as I hoped it would be.
