Love this bed, have had a queen for about 8 years now. Sadly, I upgraded to the mint for my primary bed in a king size, and this bed is in the spare bedroom; I still go to it in the middle of the night if I can't sleep, I miss it that much! For me, and I have back problems, side sleeper, this is the perfect firmness. In 8 years, I have noticed no degradation or really any "breaking in." I much prefer this bed to the mint. No issues with wear and tear, stains/mold, etc. Just a really great bed, and I've been impressed how a softer bed has held it's form and firmness for so many years.

This is our second T&N mattress and we are still sold 100% on the quality and comfort of this mattress. Our first one lasted years and is still great. So why did we get rid of the old one? We didn't. I bought a new house in Illinois and will be living here alone while my family finishes the school year and arranges to leave California in 3-4 months. I needed a great bed and it was T&N to the rescue...again! We have recommended these mattresses to others who have loved them as well. Our daughter sleeps on one too. We love our T&N and will be customers for life!

I’ve had mine for 8 years and loved it but sadly it was worn down where I sleep and the edge where I exit my bed has broken down ! I’ve been waking up several times at night with aches and pains from this breaking down of the foam . I know this because I slept in the direct center where no one has slept and it felt good!! Yes I did rotate my mattress . I wish this could have lasted longer ! Sad I bought this mattress because I went through breast cancer surgery and it did make a difference sleeping at night. No complaints until now.

Initially this mattress was the most comfortable I've ever used. I'd say around year 4 I noticed it had begun to lose its firmness and support. And now here at 5.5 years it is soft and unsupportive. It sounds like other users have had better luck with longevity, but it's been a very disappointing loss of quality and sleep for my spouse and I.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not hold up!

This mattress was great at first for my husband and I but 15 months later and it’s got a dip in the middle. We’ve done all the right things like rotate the matress as recommend and purchased the Tuft & Needle foundation to go with it. Would not recommend this matress!
