This was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The sides were terribly flimsly and it was not at all the quality that I expected. I was able to receive a full refund and their customer service was good during this process.

Mattress seems good, but a review would make more sense after 12,24,36 months. So far so good though!

This is our second Tuft and Needle-there was nothing wrong with our first one, we just upgraded to a king. Our queen was passed down to our son-tons of life left in it as it's only 3 years old. Love this mattress-love this company!
