I absolutely adore this mattress. I have had it for 3 years and it is just as comfortable now as when I first slept on it. I liked it so much that I bought it as a gift for my parents. They thought it was too firm (they're wrong, it's perfect), but I contacted Tuft and Needle anyway about their return policy and they refunded me within a week! Best customer service, and phenomenal mattress.

If it's worth anything, the minute it came out of the packaging and I tried it out, I could stop saying "It's like a perfect marshmallow!" And I've stuck to that opinion ever since. Additionally the ordering process was so simple, and the delivery was prompt and easy too.

Comfortable, good support, and did not take long to inflate at all (in fact I didn’t notice it was flat even out of the box). Their customer service is amazing and I’m sure that’s a reason why everyone loves their products. The linen duvet is also a dream.
