It was easy. I did't have to shop at a mattress store. The mattress came quickly. The instructions were clear - The video was very helpful. I like the 100 days to experience the mattress and I like how it will be donated to a charity if it doesn't work for me. And, the mattress is comfortable.

Very very comfortable. Super easy to put in place. Have Rheumatoid arthritis and this is the first mattress that I can tolerate and that actually helps.

Bought for my elderly parents. They seem to have no issues with any discomfort from the new mattress being of foam, and seem to be satisfied with their sleep for the past week they used it. They previously used a spring mattress for many decades, so I was concerned if they could adjust, especially with my mother's chronic lower back pain issues. So far so good, so at this point seems to be of good value.

I have had an amazing amount and quality of sleep since the purchase. I use to have occasional night wear I would sweat at night. That also has improved. Thank for quality and the price you charge. Truly a great brand beyond just your product. May the rest of America follow or at least learn. All the best!

Delivery was fast and the mattress was as advertised. I find it to be a little soft and difficult to move positions, but it is acceptable overall, so far.
