I own several versions of this mattress. I feel like they used to be better. The formulation seemed to have changed for this last mattress I purchased, making it firmer. The first few nights were rough, as in it gave me back pains. It’s softened with some active jumping on and as time has passed. I’m hoping it’ll soften up even more. I love the old Tuft & Needle mattresses I have, just not this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This company has outstanding customer service and would reccommend to anyone! I have a bad back so the mattress was not firm enough for me- I would not purchase if you need really firm. I could tell however the quality is exellent. And it came very quickly.

Comfortable and not hot. I know that’s pretty basic but it is what it is. This is the second mattress we have used. We just upgraded to a bigger size mattress and now the guest room is swanky with the old Queen which is still comfortable.
