It seemed like a great mattress when I first bought it. It was more supportive and softer than my very old inner-spring mattress. But after only a couple of weeks I started waking up every morning with neck and back pain. The longer I’ve had it, the worse the pain is, always worse in the morning after I get up. I wish I’d returned this mattress during the trial period but I kept hoping it would get better!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a 25-year-old 180lb male writing this review. The bed is not bad by any means, but when they say its a 7 on the firm scale they are not lying. I ended up returning my mattress because it was too firm for what I wanted. It was still comfortable but did not give me that sinking feeling. I thought I would be fine without having that, but after trying this mattress I realized that I was looking for a more Temperpedic type feel without having to spend the same about of money. Like I said before, it's a good bed if you want a firm one that does not hug you at all.

This is the 3rd mattress that purchased in 10 years - so far I've been wayyy more impressed than I was with my first 2 mattresses and I've only had this amazing Tuft & Needle mattress for 3 months! Never going back to hybrid mattresses, foam is the way to go! I sleep so much better and I don't sweat in my sleep nearly as much as I did before with my hybrid mattresses (I live in Phoenix for reference so it's hot when you sleep in the summer). Looking forward to upgrading to a King one day! Thanks T&N for making my mattress goals and sweet dreams come true!

I love this mattress, we had a queen for many years and just moved to the king, both are firm yet have a bit of give. My husband is a big man I can hardly feel when he moves. Our queen mattress is now in the guest room and everyone who stays loves the bed. Great value.

Our Tuft & Needle Mattress was much more comfortable than expected! We ordered it during the beginning of the COVID pandemic and still received it within 4 days. The unpacking process was incredibly easy and we were able to sleep on it that first night. I called customer service in the beginning of the purchase and they were extremely helpful with helping us decide the best mattress for us; and I definitely agree with the comfort level they gave!
