I had slight neck/back pain from sleeping on the mattress. I put another foam cooling mattress topper and that helped to not have pain. My husband had no problems with the mattress.

The mattress arrived quickly an as described. The bed feels comfortable, but the jury is still out as to whether or not we will keep the bed. I have a bad back/hips and after 4-6 hours of lying on the bed they are quite painful, so I am constantly shifting from one to the other. I am unable to sleep on my back or stomach, so they are my only option.
