A Tuft & Needle mattress does eliminate pressure points on the body. I have already recommended one to a friend.

It's a nice mattress & comfortable, the only issue I have is that when my daughter sleeps between my wife & I, I end up pretty close to the end of the mattress & there isn't as much support on the sides so I notice more sinking than our old traditional mattress.

This is the best bed I have ever had the pleasure to sleep on. I wanted to wait at least a month before answering this questionaire and it is just as comfortable as the first night we slept on it. I'll never even think of going back to innersprings again.
