The mattress is extremely comfortable. Delivery was fast and I was able to set it up by myself.

Though the shipping and interactions have been very pleasant, the mattress is a bit too firm as a side sleeper.

I'm going to donate this mattress and it isn't all the hype it supposed to be. Can't sleep well in it at all. Much too hard.

Tuft and needle was really easy to work with, I recieved my mattress on time and it was really easy to put on the frame. I ordered the extra long twin for a guest room and already my guest said it was really comfortable! I am ordering another one today.
