Mattress delivery and all was no problem. I do wish it was a little firmer. Not enough to return.i might try a piece of plywood under it.

Decent but not a "memory foam" conforming feeling

This bed gets the job done. I only wish it was more of a hugging memory foam feel up top. If it had that, I would be sold.

We make our mattresses with freshly poured T&N Adaptive foam, which is different from memory foam, and it can take a couple of weeks for the mattress to acclimate to its new home. If it feels too firm, adding a topper can be an easy and effective solution to help you sleep your best.
