This is a great mattress as a great price. Sure, there are no frills but for me, that's perfect. I've already recommended this mattress to everyone I know AND purchased a second one for our guest bedroom.

The process of ordering and receiving the mattress was very easy. I took off a point because the mattress is too soft for us, so we'll be donating it.

everything was just how it was described the packaging was easy to remove,very easy set up. the best nights sleep I have had in a log time. will be ordering an additional mattress very shortly.

After the initial 10 days the mattress is everything that we expected. Recently stayed at a resort and we missed our Tuft and Needle mattress.
