We loveeeeee our king T&N bed. Our sleep has become so much better, more comfortable & we don’t want to get out of bed! The setup of our mattress was so easy. We will be getting another one day!

Since we make our mattresses with freshly poured foam, it can take a couple of weeks for the mattress to acclimate to its new home, and you to it. The mattress arrived on time and was easy for me to set up by myself, It feels great to sleep on, maybe a little to soft for my specific taste but that's no problem with the mattress that's a me issue. Other wise i think it is comfortable, doesn't get too hot and I had been sleeping on a really old worn out mattress before I got this new one and I noticed my back hurt less each morning literally within the week of this new mattress.
So 4/5 for ease of setup and price relative to other mattresses, and for making improvements to my back pain. 1 point off for me sinking into a groove because its soft.

I ordered the wrong bed and it was softer than I intended to order. Dani the Customer Experience Team was very helpful in finding a place for me to donate. I made the arrangements and the bed was picked up. i didn't receive a receipt from the donation site and when I asked them, it never arrived. I sent a copy of the texts and emails along with the people picking up the bed. Kathleen in Customer Experience Team was vey helpful and was able to refund my money. I thought it was going to be a hassle and turned out to be a pretty stressless process.
