Mattress to firm - husband does not sleep with pillow - He couldn't sleep on the mattress. Tried - eventually had to sleep on old mattress.

Price point was good for comparable foam, in box, mattresses. Sleeps firm, yet gives at pressure points. Pleased with purchase.
