We really think it helps us sleep better and yes, the more you break it in, the better it gets. We also feel like we're not getting scammed.

It is a very comfortable mattress, and is priced less than others, such as Casper. I just don't have enough comfort comparisons to rate higher.

Shopping experience was really clean and simple. Really like the no BS business model. Overall quality of the mattress is hard to judge, I've never had a very good mattress and I sleep on anything but my wife likes it

It does not seem to have enough surface cushion for us to sleep without constantly waking. I believe it may be good for spinal alignment for my husband and me but not a good comfort fit for us so far. I expected the surface to be mire 'enveloping' than it is.
