Excellent firmness, great heat distribution at night! We ended up replacing a Novaform mattress with the base model T&N mattress due to heat entrapment and sinkholes after a mere 6 months. T&N is firm (which I like), distributes heat sufficiently away from the body so I don't wake up with night sweats, and mostly holds its shape. I say mostly because I'm starting to notice divots forming where I sleep after only 2 months. I will likely get a mattress topper for a little extra comfort on my aging pressure points.

Incredibly comfortable! Delivery was the only pain - shipping was actually fast! But we opted for delivery/mattress takeaway for our old mattress and had a heck of a time actually getting in touch with the delivery company (took 5 days and many unsuccessful connections to their 800 number, no online option to schedule delivery even though approximately one million texts provided a link to their website to schedule). Once we finally did, that process was smooth. Love the thickness, perfect balance of firm/soft for a couple who has slightly different preferences.

This marks my second T&N purchase, had I not willfully given my prior one up during a move I wouldn't have purchased a second. Though, buying a second clearly states how happy I was with it! Would buy a 3rd time if I had to!

The beds arrival was timely, packaging was great, and overall I didn’t have issues with receiving the product. The issue is that the mattress is terribly uncomfortable to me. I’ve tried several mattress toppers and nothing seems to give. For context I am a side/back sleeper. I live an extremely active lifestyle so it’s of utmost importance for me to have a softer bed. The bed is way too firm for my liking. I really wish it was a good fit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
