It is so comfortable and soft yet firm. There are no pressure points, my butt doesn't hurt when I sit up in bed and read, my hips and shoulders don't hurt if I lay on them for long periods of time. I have two sons and both have this type of mattress. One has Leisa and one has tuft and needle. I chose the tuft and needle because it was cheaper than the others out there but I wouldn't change it even if I could spend more money. I love this mattress.

It's a great comfortable mattress. My wife and I have both noticed we are starting to sleep better after upgrading from our (very old) traditional spring mattress. The T&N is a bit narrow (~1.5in) even after it has expanded over 9 days. Depending on the bed frame, this could be an issue.
