The mattress is comfortable to my body. I don't really have to find that position to sleep due to an aches neck, shoulder, back, arm, or leg. My body doesn't ache anymore. I think I gave it an 8 because I now went from a full to a twin.

5 because if you are on a budget, this is a good option. I'm not on a budget but I still chose your bed because you're marketing is great and it drew me in. I think if I had to do it all over again, I would go with a more traditional mattress. I've been on yours for a week and I've had a really hard time sleeping. I will be giving it a good month before I decide since I know you recommend a break in period. Thanks

The mattress was a great price, so easy to set up (because of the email I recieved about how best to open it!). I love the companies mission and love the mattress! No smell associated with the foam either!

Still unsure. We are not happy with the bed. It is entirely too firm. We are riding it out for at least 30 days before making any final decisions. Maybe this number will change.

I have back problems from a car accident I was recently in and the previous bed I had I would wake up in pain but now with this new tuft and needle bed I wake up refreshed
