This is our 3rd T & N mattress that we’ve purchased. The mattress itself is perfectly comfortable for our 8 year old, but the customer service of this company is what sets them apart from the others. We will be customers for life.

I'm going to start at a point which allows more time for further evaluation. So far I find the mattress to be comfortable overall. Not like a brick yet firm enough not to eat me. The one I have noticed on my end is the retention of heat near the sleeping surface. To be expected since it's total design is not for pulling away heat.
