It's soft, but not too soft. I don't wake up in the middle of the night all sweaty, but I still manage to stay warm through the cold nights. Also it is firm enough to give great support and it's reduced my back pain.

Received my mattress a week ago, I'm loving it! I'm using it on a platform bed, most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. Always wanted a bed similar to this bed but did not want to purchase a bed that was going to take me five years to pay off. Best price for such great quality!
