I really like the pillow. It is the perfect size and firmness/softness. My neck doesn't hurt at all. I can lay on my back or side and it is perfect. I am thrilled I bought it.

Fast arrival, easy to set up. Still deciding if firmness is to our liking but since that's a personal preference, we'd still recommend to friends and family to try.
