I highly recommend Tuft and Needle - their customer service is excellent! I couldn't believe it when someone actually answered the phone when I called - twice! We were ordering new mattresses when moving into a new home, and they were happy to work with me on the delivery date. The mattresses arrived right on time, were easy to set up, and the best part is that they are super comfortable! This is our first time buying a foam mattress, and it is a bit "squishier" than a traditional mattress and box springs, but I found it to be supportive and yet giving in a good way. Love them!!

The mattress wasn’t what I expected but it’s not a terrible mattress. I wish the mattress was a bit less firm. I’ve had it for a month now and it has gotten less firm over time but still not as comfortable as I imagined. I’m considering returning it.

The original mattress is very firm. I’ve slept on it for about a month now and I’ve just started waking up with sore body aches. I also run hot when I sleep and this mattress does not sleep as cool as I thought it would.
