This is the first mattress-in-a-box that we've ever tried and we couldn't be happier. Very comfortable and doesn't transfer movement from the other side of the bed. The shipping and setup was easy as can be, and there was no odor or other issue as is sometimes reported by reviewers of such mattresses. Extremely pleased with purchase!

Love this mattress! It is the perfect feel for someone who shifts from stomach to side throughout the night and is plenty warm enough for a cold sleeper. Can't beat the quality for the price.

Great mattress! My husband and I are used to pillow top/spring mattresses and this was a little too firm for us, so we returned it. (But seemed like a quality foam mattress.) Phenomenal customer service for the return process! Couldn’t have had better service! (That’s why I have the 5 star even though we ended up returning it.)

This mattress is well made but it is very stiff. At first we were not sure about it then we received the mattress topper which changed our whole perspective. It is a very firm mattress.

Here's the truth of it: I love the Tuft and Needle but the full mattress should only be for someone who sleeps alone. Because there are no firm sides or a frame to the mattress, you can find yourself rolling off the bed unless you sleep really close to the other person- which depending on personal preference, (some folks sleep too hot and need more space in-between) could be good or bad.
