My new mattress was at my door within 3 hours of placing the order. I couldn't ask for anything better! I love the new mattress too! That was the best decision I have made in a long time.

Difficulty cleaning cover. Can't machine wash and hand washing with following the instructions on the tag spreads the stain further.
