We finally replaced all the remaining beds in our home with Tuft and Needle mattresses. They have the perfect firmness for all of us, and it's very noticeable when we sleep on anything but. They are great quality, reasonably-priced, and the customer service is awesome----an overall responsible and wonderful company.

I bought the Tuft and Needle queen mattress before my son and his family came for a visit. The last time they were here, both he and his wife had allergies that they thought were connected to my traditional mattress. So I got this one, since its what they sleep on at home. I'm very pleased with it, from delivery to set-up (very easy!) to the comfort my family had during their visit. As I replace older mattresses, this is where I will shop!

I bought the basic mattress as a replacement for my old basic Tuft and Needle mattress the was going on 7 years old. The new one is much softer.I kills my back and the sides cave more than my 7 year old one. I found out that Serta bought out Tuft and Needle. Another example of a large company screwing up a great product. Unfortunately, the warranty is shorter too and has expired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I already had a full size T&N mattress and it is wonderful. So I stayed with what I like - this time queen. A very comfortable mattress. I use a mattress topper on each one.
