The mattress feels great. Also , they shipped the day I ordered. They sent me an email before I got it telling me what to expect.
The only thing I cannot comment on is how they handle a problem. There has not been one.

from the beginning to the first nights sleep was so easy. Unreal. Then I slept on the mattress, WOW. I have a bulging disc, my back has not felt this good in 10 years.
