The mattress is rather firm and I would have to say is just average. The mattress did arrive on time and the ordering prosses was simple. All in all it's ok but the price could be a bit lower for what you get.

Comfortable and not hot. I know that’s pretty basic but it is what it is. This is the second mattress we have used. We just upgraded to a bigger size mattress and now the guest room is swanky with the old Queen which is still comfortable.

This company has outstanding customer service and would reccommend to anyone! I have a bad back so the mattress was not firm enough for me- I would not purchase if you need really firm. I could tell however the quality is exellent. And it came very quickly.
