This mattress is great! I have back pain, and it's firm enough to give me the support I need. But soft enough to be very comfortable. I sleep better now than I have in a long time. Plus it arrived really quickly and the process of setting it up was so simple...and actually kind of fun! Love my new Tuft & Needle mattress.
