I don't believe anything can be 100% perfect in this world. So I give my mattress a 9. It's been almost two weeks and I'm still allowing the both of us to get comfortable

the ordering was smooth, the delivery was fast and the product was in perfect condition. I'm not sure if the firmness is to my back's (or my husbands) liking. We are still deciding on that.
