Overall, I really like the mattress. It gives me support without being hard and I’ve never woken up in the middle of the night with pain on the sides of my hips like I used to with other mattresses. I will say that I get hot at night now, but I am not sure if this is because my mattress is on the ground (delayed furniture shipment due to COVID) and not getting any air flow underneath. Customer service was really good, responsive and helpful.

Perfection. So comfortable. I bought a queen 2 years ago and when we recently moved, I purchased 3 twins for my kids. Hands down the best mattress! No sagging at all. When one person moves, the other one cannot feel it. My Queen looks and feels the same as it did when we first unwrapped it.
