My neck/shoulder pain is significantly worse with this mattress. We are very seriously considering returning it if issue does not abate within the next week.

We have already recommended Tuft &a Needle to everyone we talk to. We love our mattress, my husband and I sleep better and move less. We enjoyed the showroom experience and the knowledge of the sales person. Very easy. On our second trip to the showroom we completed our entire transaction in less than 15 minutes.

It's a comfortable mattress that's not over priced. It took a couple of nights to get used to it, but my experience with the company and mattress has been very positive overall.
