It was easy to order and set up, high quality, and inexpensive. It's the perfect balance of firm and soft. I've slept entirely through the night almost every night since we started sleeping on it. We love it, and we tell everyone about it.

This was the easiest process of buying a mattress. Arriving in a box is so much better than hauling! After just the first night, I knew I'd be keeping my Tuft & Needle. Although, I've had to adjust my alarm volume, because I found I tend to sleep through it now because I'm sleeping so soundly! ;-)

It's a very firm mattress and not everyone likes firm mattresses. I think if they had choices of firmness it could be better. Although that would mean you would probably get more mattresses sent back. I think if I could have a mattress that is also firm on one side and a little less firm on the other since my wife likes a softer mattress it would be a 10 but other than that I think its been convenient and good enough for a mattress.

Mattress too hard. We had memory foam mattress and liked it much better. Afraid that we will have to send it back. Do you have any softer mattresses?

We have only had it for a couple of weeks. While we do really like it, we are still adjusting to it. Also, the sides are not firm at all.

My sister has a Tuft and Needle and loves the support of the mattress. I prefer a wee bit softer mattress. 2 of my 3 Airbnb guests (so far .... I just set up the mattress recently) have enjoyed the mattress. I asked for feedback from the guests about the comfort level of the mattress.
I also note on my Airbnb welcome letter to my guests that the mattress is a Tuft and Needle mattress, new to me, and I welcome their feedback.
