We got the recommendation from Consumer Reports and can say that all they said about Tuft & Needle is true to this point in our experience. We placed our order online at 9:00 am on Feb. 8th...their paperwork said the order was processed at 9:09...it was delivered to our door at 3:00 pm on Feb 9th...the idea of a mattress folded up in a much smaller box was very intriguing to us but was no problem at all...my husband and I are 77 and 75 years old but we had no difficulty...it inflated immediately and there were no fumes...we have slept on our new mattress for a week now and have found it to be soft and comfortable but firm and supportive at the same time...that's amazing, isn't it! Just a side note to say that someone had shot a hollow point pellet (either a 22 or a 177) into the box but it did not penetrate to the inside of the box. If that box had not been so sturdy there would have been a mess as the mattress tried to inflate. We have already recommended it to several of our family members.

This bed is incredible. My wife and I have completely different preferences for our mattress, and yet we both are completely satisfied! The mattress arrived on time, and was so simple to 'install'. The first night the mattress was not completely inflated, but by the second night it felt full and different and wonderful. Also, it's a great deal!

The mattress is amazing! After many sleepless nights on our old mattress, we decided to make the switch to the "foam" world. We did our research, and everything we kept finding pointed us back to T&N. We took the chance, and can say we will never be looking back! In the short time that we have had the mattress, we've gotten some of the best sleep we've had in a long while. Anyone that is on the fence about changing to something like this, I can tell you it's worth the change, and you will ask yourself why you didn't do it sooner!

Love the mattress and the pillow. No back pain, soft and comfortable- just what we want. And it is not expensive too.

The mattress is much more firm than I imagined. I did go to the showroom but now that I am sleeping in it, I am hoping it starts to give a little. I like it a lot, I just want to love it.
