Great design and very comfortable. The perfect balance between soft and supportive. We returned our Casper and are so happy we chose Tuft & Needle next.

It is lightweight and easier to handle and turn.
It had virtually no "fumes" when opened.
It's not too hard and not too soft -- "just right"

The bed feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud, and not one of those overpriced cloud like beds other bed companies sell but an actual cloud.
