We had tried another brand and didn't like it so were nervous about trying another and having to deal with returning it again. But, we loved the Tuft & Needle the first night we slept on it and continue to sleep well every night.

Since day 1, I woke up without any kind of back pain which I haven't done in about 6 years. Love the mattress!!

I have slept on this Tuft and Needle mattress for the past 2 weeks and I woke up each morning with a back ache. The mattress is not as firm as I expected. I will try for a few more week before deciding whether I should return it.
