The entire process was easy and quick. Appreciate the warranty but probably won't need it! Love my new sleep experience and my wife can't stop talking about our new "best friend!"

Shipping was incredibly fast - I ordered on a Friday and received on a Monday. Instructions for set up were extremely easy to follow. After the first night of sleep I felt extremely well-rested; I’m not a morning person by any stretch of the imagination but I was dressed and making breakfast by 7:30. I felt no pain or discomfort, just a general feeling that my body was adjusting to the different sleeping surface. After a few days, my wife said her lower-back pain has disappeared. This is the first I’ve heard that she was having lower-back pain in the mornings, so it wasn't a primary motivator in my choice of bed. However it is an excellent unexpected bonus.
Also, both our cat and dog are now obsessed with the bed at all times of day. The mattress is a hit with all household mammals.

The price and the comfort of the mattress were perfect for us. Super easy to order, received, and set-up. If someone needs a super firm mattress then I would not recommend it.

We have loved our new Matress...the ease of purchase without haggling along with the quick delivery made this a great buying experience...but once we received it and experienced the quality and comfort, that put it over the top!!

It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on! I love soft mattresses, but need support for my lower back. Ever since we got our Tuft and Needle I wake up feeling rejuvenated and refreshed....but it's still hard to climb out of because it's so comfortable!
