Delivery was quick and convenient, bed was affordable yet comfortable. All in all a great experience. So much better than department store haggling and hassle.

Just the ease and cost. I wish it were a little softer but bought a topper that helps. I have fibromyalgia and it was hard to turn on. It's better now. Thank you!

Arrived on time. Product was as advertised. Quality is excellent so far. Ease of "applying" to our box spring was a breeze due to company's method of packing/shipping. Price was great, i.e., feel appropriate value for our dollar. So far, extremely comfortable which is the reason we tried TUFT & NEEDLE!!!
