Great mattress, very comfortable, firm support but soft at the same time. Already had one queen mattress and just bought a king. High quality mattress, the last one had 5 years and yet no issue at all. Very pleased with it and would highly recommend it to anyone that want a great mattress at an affordable price.

We are return buyers at Tuft and Needle. We love the way that the process works. This time we got a super-twin for our son who is 6'5. It is long enough for him and very supportive. We also have the king size mint mattress for about a year and we have no regrets. We really love it.

The product seemed like a lovely mattress. Soft cover material, reasonable level of off-gassing (in my opinion). But it just didn't work for me. It was too firm for me. I am 125lbs and a side sleeper, so it just didn't give me the support I needed. My hips and shoulders didn't sink in enough, and then my midsection just felt unsupported.
The customer service was great. I feel like I was speaking to a real person in an office, and not someone in a call center. They shipped me a topper for free, and when that didn't help (same problems but just...fluffier?) they processed the refund immediately. COVID makes them unable to provide suggestions on who to donate to, but told me if I couldn't find a place to donate it they would arrange a junk pick up for me.
