Process was exactly what I imagine. Sometimes frills aren't as important as just being dependable. And that especially correlates with the kind of bed I sleep on.

Very comfortable mattress! No gimmicks, they tell you what you need to know right up front. I was worried at first about this mattress being cheap and not supportive because it came in a box...but so far haven't woken up with a sore back or lost a minute of sleep!

On the first night I slept one hour longer than normal. Don't wake with hips or shoulder hurting anymore. Love lt.
