I love the mattress. I only gave it a 9 because it could use some handles on the sides to make it easier to handle once it's unpacked.

I ordered the mattress, it came quickly, I followed the easy directions offered on line to unwrap and poof it up. The mattress is comfortable. I am very pleased.

I love the Tuft and needle mattress. It's very supportive of my body. Soft but firm at the same time. Absolutely am recommending it to everybody.

The smell lingers after opening. I live everything else about the mattress, but the chemical smell is still there almost 2 weeks later and we've had the windows open a lot
