I've only heard great things about this mattress so I was super excited to try it! My husband even said he slept on his friend's T&N and said it was the "best sleep" he'd ever had. Without trying it, I took his word and bought it when we moved into our new home. Delivery was quick and easy - it came in a small box and once you open it, the mattress just rolls out. At first touch it feels and looks comfortable, but after sleeping on it the first night, I woke up with excruciating aching back pain. We got the original mattress and it was just so incredibly firm. The weird thing is, my husband absolutely loved it and like I said before, he said he's never slept better. I'm only in my late 20's so I've never had back pain before and never thought I'd be having issues with my back at such a young age, so I called T&N and they did send me a topper for free in hopes of softening the feel of the mattress. The topper did help and it is much softer, but the back pain is still lingering. Don't know if it'll ever go away or go back to normal, so just a note if you're someone who enjoys soft mattresses, this may not be the best fit for you!

Buy the mattress!! I purchased this mattress after it came highly recommended from two friends. I bought it, loved it, and now another friend has purchased it! I will recommend this to every one I know. I didn't know how bad my old mattress really was before I got my T & N mattress. I look forward to trying more products in the future!!

I have the queen size mattress which I loved for the first couple of weeks. I’ve only had it around two months and the side I sleep on is already very saggy and soft. I purchased it because I wanted a more firm mattress and have been pretty disappointed. The other half of the mattress is still firm but as stated above the half I sleep on most frequently is very, very saggy.
